KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA NEEMUCH

PTA – MEETING held on 22/08/09

The general – body meeting of PTA was held on 22/08/09, in the presidentship of Principal Shri. N. L. Sharma. The minutes of the meeting were as under:-

1). The meeting began with invocation of Goddess Saraswati & garlanding Her idol by the Principal & the secretary.

2). Welcome – speech was given by the Principal. He threw light on the aims/objectives of Parent – Teacher Association. He also appealed the parents to give their suggestions for the all round development of children.

3). A detailed description of the pattern & system of KVS evalution system was given by Exam I/C Mrs. Anju Salim. She discussed various aspects of examination including the result of 1^st UT exam.

4). A thought provoking & useful speech was given by the secretary PTA – Mrs. Sansrati Sharma. She agreed with the Principal for all his planning & strategies to be exercised for the development of the children.

5). As a result of active – interaction, the mike was then handed over to the Parents side, to express their views, ideas & suggestions.

6). Some Parents gave useful & important suggestion such as to open naval & airforce wing of NCC at vidyalaya etc.

7) Some other useful, benefiwal suggestions were given by parents. Some parents thanked the vidyalaya staff & principal for providing a good quality of education to their wards.

8) Then, the vote of thanks was given by Mrs. C. Pargi . She expressed the gratitude to the parents for attending the gratitude to the parents for attending the meeting & giving their invalueable suggestions.

9) At last, parents went to the class-room to see the Answer-sheet of their wards.they discussed with subject – teachers & the class- teachers of their respective wards.

10) Thus, the Ist PTA general body meeting was held in a fruitful manner.
